Backorder Exception:
While we strive to source material on an ongoing basis, demand can exceed material availability and production lead times due to the nature of the handweaving process. If a customer makes a backorder purchase, we offer a full refund on orders that exceed 60 days from the date of purchase to the date of shipment.
